Return Process

  Provide photos of the item to verify its condition; custom-configured units may be subject to a restocking fee.

  Professional Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will schedule a professional courier to collect the piece from your location.

  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
